Furdemption
Terms of service
Agreement
By downloading or playing Furdemption (the "Game") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or play the Game. These terms are between you and RareSloth LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("RareSloth", "we", "us"). Apple is not a party to them, but see the Apple section below.
Your licence to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the Game on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's usage rules. The Game is licensed, not sold. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, extract assets from, or redistribute the Game, except where the law expressly allows it. You may not use cheats, automation, or modified builds to submit Game Center scores.
Ownership
The Game, including its levels, artwork, characters, music, sounds, code, and the names Furdemption and RareSloth, is owned by RareSloth or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. Original music is by Jefferson Apply and is used under licence. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.
Sharing gameplay
You are welcome to record, stream, and share videos or screenshots of the Game, including on monetised channels, provided you do not present them as official RareSloth material.
Price and purchases
The Game is sold once through the App Store at the price shown there. It contains no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or advertising. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's refund policy, not by us.
Game Center and iCloud
Leaderboards, achievements, and cloud saves are optional features provided through Apple's Game Center and iCloud. Their availability depends on your Apple Account and device settings and on Apple's services, which we do not control. We may remove leaderboard entries that we reasonably believe were obtained by cheating.
Updates and availability
We may update the Game to fix bugs, support new devices, or change features, and we may stop distributing or supporting it at any time. We are not obliged to provide updates, but when we do, the updated version is covered by these terms. Because the Game runs entirely on your device, an existing installation keeps working even if the Game is later withdrawn from the App Store.
No warranty
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Game will be free of errors or will run on every device.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RareSloth will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Game, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Game is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Apple
These terms supplement Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies to the Game. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the Game or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you live in a jurisdiction whose consumer protection law gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights are not affected.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to play the Game after a change means you accept the updated terms.
